First things first. Essentially, all of the AXX wheelskins are the exact same product/size. You can go to Wheelskins site and find out which size is for your car. They do not differentiate between Chrysler Sebring Coupes and Convetibles. I have a convertible and this size fits perfectly. I don't know about the fit for a Coupe.Amazon breaks down the wheelskins by Make/Model and Year of car, but reviews for one are applicable to any of the others. What you get is a cylinder of leather, thread, a needle and some (but not a lot of) instructions.
Installation requires you to stretch the cylinder over the steering wheel and then lace it up. To miss spokes from the steering column, you just do some blind stitches and then resume full stitches once you are past the obstruction. The wheel on my 1996 JXI looks different that the illustration, but it works just fine, no worries mate. It took me between 1 and 2 hours to install. I did it during half times for bowl games after Christmas. It is like a summer camp project. If you hurry it, you will get frustrated. I didn't hurry and it looks great.
One note, my original wheel covering had ripped and started to peel back and chunk off. The new cover is stretched so tight that ripples are obvious where this has happened, but it still looks pretty good, definately better than the rest of the upholstry in the car. LOL. If your wheel is severely trashed, this might not be the right solution for you.
