NRG Quick Release Kit Gen 2.5 Black/Black Ring Review

I love the large paddles and the way the kit integrates your horn and an additional electrode into the steering wheel.
The biggest flaw in my specific product is that the safety-pin actually keeps the mechanism from working properly. The pin is beveled so that when you pull the paddles back far-enough it is simply supposed to hide into the hub-housing and allow for the hub to release - but this never happens for me because the pin always catches the slide-ring and does not allow proper release-motion. I physically have to press the pin down with my index finger, which causes for a pinched-finger when you are in a hurry or a lot of frustration as you try to get the timing right.
