The pedals arrived in perfect condition, just a few days after placing the order. Getting them setup with FSX and 64 bit Windows 7 was just a matter of plugging them into a usb port, for the most part. So much for my initial concerns about 64 bit compatibility and driver issues, when using the pedals with 64 bit Windows 7. There were none. Nice. I never installed the control manager software that came with the pedals. Since the pedals worked just fine out of the box,I still haven't got around to it. Using rudder pedals with FSX makes a huge difference over using a twist joystick for rudder control. A central detente with the pedals tells you when they are centered and does not detract from the experience, imho. Differential braking works well too. More difficult is to use them for nondifferential braking. Not a big issue for me. If I have any issue at all, I'd say my legs get a little tired of positioning the feet on the pedals, unlike in the real world. Any other shortcomings can be blamed more on FSX and its deficient flight modeling rather than on the pedals.
